Pole Beginner

Pole Beginner is suitable for linn - carousel spinsomeone who is completely new to Pole. It is also suitable for someone who has had a break and wants to slowly get back into training.

In the Beginner Pole Dance Course you will learn spins, basic positions, climbing, floorwork and combinations of the above.

Pole Beginner Plus (+)

Pole Beginner Plus (+) is linn - cupidsuitable for someone who has taken a few beginner pole classes but is not quite ready to move up to Intermediate level. It is also suitable for someone who has had a break and wants to slowly get back into training.

You will learn spins, basic positions, climbing, floorwork and combinations of the above.

Pole Intermediate Choreo Spinning

Pole Intermediate Choreo Spinning ellie spinis suitable for someone who has been attending pole classes for a while and feels that they master the beginner tricks. You are ready to start inverting, or have recently started inverting. Preferably you have already attended some Intermediate classes and are ready to work on the tricks on a spinning pole.

You will learn how to manoeuvre on a spinning pole, along with some more advanced spins, climbs and tricks on the pole, including how to invert, as well as combinations of the above.

Pole Intermediate Technique

Pole Intermediate Technique is goril spidersuitable for someone who does not want to work on choreography, but tricks and technique on the pole. The course is suitable for someone who has been attending pole for a while and feels they master the beginner tricks and wants to work on more advanced tricks including  inverting.

This class will focus on the technique of intermediate tricks and spins. Small combos of 2-3 tricks will be covered, but a full choreography will not be created.

Pole Experienced Technique

Pole Experienced Technique is kristine fangsuitable for someone who does not want to work on choreography, but tricks and technique on the pole. The course is suitable for someone who has been attending pole for a while and feels comfortable inverting and wants to work on more advanced tricks

This class will focus on the technique of experienced tricks and spins. Small combos of 2-3 tricks will be covered, but a full choreography will not be created.

To attend a Pole Experienced class you must be accepted by the instructor to be at a suitable level, and must be able to do the following on a pole: basic invert, chopper, inside/outside leg hang, cross-knee release, basic butterfly, 1 handed chair spin, and headstand.

Strength/Stretching

Strength training and Stretching  is suitable for anyone.

The Pole Strength class is a pure strength class with a focus on exercises that will help you succeed in pole training. Exercises will be performed both on and off the pole. Inspiration for the class comes from  gymnastics, yoga, street workout, acrobatics and regular full body conditioning.

Pole Stretching classes takes inspiration from yoga, contortion and regular stretching exercises. A class may either stretch the whole body or may have a particular focus such as middle splits, front spilts, shoulder openers, backbends etc. The aim is to increase your flexibility balanced with strength.

Aerial Hoop Beginner

Aerial Hoop is suitable for anyone yin birdiewho is new to Aerial Hoop as well as those who have taken a beginner level Aerial Hoop Course. It is also suitable for someone who has had a break and wants to slowly get back into training.

You will learn basic mounts, dismounts, and positions in the hoop based on your level, and short combinations of the above.

Yoga

Yoga is suitable for anyone. No prior linn shoulder stretchexperience necessary. This Yoga Course is based on YogaWorks teaching which involves precise instruction from the Iyengar and Desikachar methods, combined with the fluid movement and thoughtful sequencing from an Ashtanga Vinyasa method.

Each class has a warm-up section, a main section leading to a peak pose, and a cool-down and relaxation section (Savasana). The course will cover all groups of yoga poses including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Twists, Backbends, Inversions and Arm Balances, Forward Bends and Seated Postures and Restorative poses. We use props and modifications as appropriate.

Feel the Floor

Each class during the Feel the Floor course will be different. The instructors will rotate and you will learn different styles from different instructors. The class is suitable for all levels, although some basic pole training would be beneficial.

You will learn a short flowing combo which incorporates floorwork, basic pole tricks and moving smoothly to the music. Some of the Feel the Floor classes will be a Heels class where you will learn some techniques in pole dancing and floorwork with heels! It’s a great start to the weekend and will leave you ready to go dancing!

This class is great when taken in combination with other pole classes at any level and is suitable for students who wish to work on the flow and dancing skills.

Practice Time

This time allows you to practice any tricks or exercises you wish to in your own time. An instructor will be present, but will not be instructing.
