We have a new instructor on the team! @h.e.l.1.n.a ❤ Now that our doors have finally opened up for our regular members, Helina will be teaching heels classes (in case our members haven't checked the Mind Body schedule yet). We are yet to put up Introduction classes for newbies as we are following strict guidelines. But were open for private classes with @aerialyin and @heirim, so contact us if you're interested!

She's been working consistently on her flexibility using our online stretching classes by @aerialyin and @anniethorkildsen created for targeted areas during this closed period ❤ if you're interested in these classes and more, contact us via facebook or email for more info.

As most of our members know, our doors will remain shut until the end of April and we will continue providing online classes via our new FB group for active members. If you are a paying member* and are not part of the "Prana Pole Covid 19 Online Classes for Active Members" group, request to join to gain access to new classes! If you are not a paying member but would like access, contact us via Facebook or email for more info. (Please do not DM us on instagram) Classes this week will be as follows: Monday - barre/ballet with @lm_pickard Tuesday - Chair with @aerialyin Wednesday - Stretch + Mobility with @aerialyin (focus on backbends this week!) Thursday - Strength with @heirim Friday - Dance with @anniethorkildsen Some of the instructors have been having issues with uploading so bear with us if we don't manage to upload early in the day! *paying members are those with active contracts/memberships - this does not include pay-per-use classes (klippekort, drop in, trial, privates)

We have a few different online classes lined up for the rest of the week for our Members! Tuesday: Upside down with Yin - handstands, forearmstands and headstands Wednesday: Pole Combo with Yin - beginner to intermediate Thursday: Strength with Heidi - all levels Friday: Stretching with Annie - all levels
